Nature of Services

The Awakened Root offers intuitive, spiritual and holistic wellness sessions, including (but not limited to) Spiritual Coaching, Inner Child Healing, Integrative Inner Work and Ancestral Healing. These offerings support emotional, spiritual and energetic growth, self-awareness, and personal transformation.

Please note: These services do not replace professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. If you are working with a licensed provider, please continue your care and inform them of any complementary practices you choose to engage in.

Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is kept private and confidential.
Exceptions apply only if:

• You express intent to harm yourself or someone else.

• Disclosure is legally required.

Your safety, privacy and emotional well-being remain a top priority.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions and outcomes following a session.
My role is to guide, support and facilitate awareness—not to direct or control your choices. Your healing journey unfolds at your pace and you hold full agency over your transformation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. You may do so by replying to your confirmation email.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• There is a 10-minute grace period for all sessions. Arriving later than 10 minutes may result in a shortened session to honor other scheduled appointments.

Payment & Refund Policy

• Payment is required prior to the start of each session.

• All bookings are nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule, please follow the cancellation policy above.

• If you are unsatisfied with your experience, you are welcome to reach out to discuss adjustments or future accommodations.

Energy Exchange & Boundaries

Each session is held as a sacred space in service of your highest good. Please arrive with openness, honesty and respect for the process. As your guide, I maintain professional and energetic boundaries to ensure a safe, grounded and empowering experience for both of us.

Consent to Participate

By booking and participating in a session with The Awakened Root, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily engaging in a spiritual and holistic service.

• You have read, understood and agreed to the terms above.

• You release The Awakened Root and its facilitator from any liability regarding your personal interpretations, choices, or actions following the session.
